Haii there! These are the terms to keep in mind while commissioning me. I appreciate you taking your time to read this. If you have any questions, don't be afraid to contact me.1. GENERAL TERMS
• All drawings may or will include a subtle sign that you may not remove.
• I might record the drawing process and post it on my social media.
• Complexity of characters is based off of how many details and color schemes they have.
• Complexity of backgrounds is based off of how many details are requested2. STUFF I'LL DRAW
Custom characters, ref sheets, anthros, humans/humanoids (most examples are a bit old), couples, light violence, any gender and species, LGBTQ+, (mecha, complicated/detailed backgrounds, characters with extremely detailed designs take long, so if I accept, it'll probably be at a high price); pretty much anything that isn't mentioned in the section below, just use your common sense.3. STUFF I DON'T DRAW
NSFW, suggestive art, fetish content, extreme depiction of violence, gore, criminal, hate speech or offensive requests, realism or likeness of others, pro-shipp4. PAYMENT
• Currency accepted is USD. I only accept payment through Ko-fi or through PayPal invoices. I don't accept ANY other payment methods.
• Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.5. CONTACT
I'd prefer if you contacted me on discord (xxra1nb0wacidxx), or on Instagram (xxra1nb0w.acidxx). However you can contact me here too. There's a chance I'll take a bit to get back to you.6. PROCESS AND DELIVERY
• While I am working on your commission, I will send you work-in-progress images so we can make reviews to reach the best result possible. These images will usually be smaller than the finished piece or even be a picture of the screen.
• The time it takes to finish a commission varies between four days and two weeks depending on factors such as health and the complexity of the commissioned piece. For a shorter deadline it will cost an extra.
• If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I’ll let you know asap7. REVISIONS
• You get 2 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price.
• If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and it's complexity.8. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
• I hold the rights to any artwork made, and may post it to my socials if I'd like, unless you specifically request I don't.
• I hold the rights to promote myself with it everywhere//The buyer is allowed to:
• Use the commissioned piece for personal use (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)
• Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.
• Use the artwork to promote themselves.!!! The following is considered copyright infringement:
• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork or design commercially - means making money off it in any way.
• Claiming the artwork as your own
• Removing my signature from the artwork
• Altering the artwork without my consent
• Feeding or training an AI my artwork.9. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
• The buyer is not allowed a refund once I start working on the commission.
• If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
• If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
• If the customer becomes unreachable for any reason the commission will be cancelled.
• If I feel threatened in any way by the commissioner I’ll block them and the commission will be cancelled.What do you get?
• Drafts that you must decide which one I should continue with
• Sketches that you must approve before I continue the work
• Insight and involvement in color plan (depending on the complexity of the commissioned piece)
• Full-resolution file of final drawing. File formats are usually PNG.
